Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology; master's in Exercise Physiology preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in an acute care hospital or cardiac rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with CPET, metabolic cart calibration, mouthpiece sterilization, gas exchange, and data reporting.
• Able to document clearly, follow procedures, and maintain strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CPETs and cardiopulmonary exercise testing for study participants.
• Perform stress tests and monitor vitals, documenting findings.
• Record, report symptoms and changes; ensure accurate charting.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, and coordination of study visits.
• Work with physicians, technicians, and staff to support research activities.
