Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Closure Sales Associate to support the closure business across a defined geography. The role focuses on direct revenue through case support and product in-servicing, reporting to the National Clinical Sales Director, and traveling regionally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, expanding Cordis product utilization, delivering in-services to clinicians and staff, and maintaining ethical standards while travelling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in medical device or related field.
• Clinical background with strong sales skills preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, adaptable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue targets for assigned accounts within the region and year.
• Drive product utilization and re-engage lost customers.
• Conduct in-services and presentations for staff including physicians and nurses.
• Travel with short notice to support cases regionally and nationally.
• Document activities and report updates to leadership as required.
