Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer tools and EMR documentation is expected.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care in a clinic setting with high standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and health maintenance.
• Document assessments, orders, medications, and education in the EMR.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and outpatient procedures as needed.
• Participate in committees, quality improvement, and risk management.
