CMC-Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates is hiring a Registered Nurse Cardio for a full-time, day-shift role. You will provide professional nursing care for clinic patients and work with a multidisciplinary team to manage cardiac-vascular conditions.

You will educate patients about cardiovascular diseases, prepare for visits, and administer medications while monitoring patient vitals and outcomes, with ACLS/BLS required or within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required.
• Minimum of three years Cardiac RN experience in an acute care or cardiology clinic setting.
• Current unrestricted RN license per state regulations; BLS and ACLS as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following standards and practices.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other physicians in cardiovascular care.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular diseases and preventive measures.
• Prepare patients for visits and procedures; document in the medical record.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor vitals.
