Job summary

Baylor The Heart Hospital Dallas is recruiting an OR Registered Nurse for a fast-paced vascular/cardiovascular operating room. This seasonal, 13-week assignment features three 12-hour shifts (7a–7p) with a first-week orientation Monday–Friday.

Highlights include a $1,500 completion bonus, a base seasonal rate of $51/hour, shift differentials of $3.50 evenings, $5 nights, and $6 weekends, and potential full-time conversion. Nurses scrub in and lead patient care in complex cases.

Qualifications

• 1+ year OR RN experience required.
• Preference for RNs who scrub for cardiac/vascular cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care in vascular/cardiovascular surgeries.
• Scrub in as needed and support patient safety and efficiency.
• Maintain patient flow and assist surgeons during procedures.
