Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital in North Texas is seeking an Operating Room RN for a 3x12 shift (7am–7pm). The role includes high-acuity vascular and minimally invasive cardiovascular surgery cases, with one RN and one tech per case.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates with 2+ years of OR RN experience. Relocation assistance is offered for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Major: Nursing.
• Experience: 1+ year OR RN experience; scrubs in Cardiac or Vascular OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced OR with high acuity patients.
• Assist with scrubbing in Cardiac or Vascular cases when needed.
• Maintain patient safety and collaborate with OR team.
