Job summary

BB Imaging is seeking an experienced Implementation Sonographer to lead the rollout of new clinics across the country. You will oversee onsite training, shape clinical workflows, and prepare teams for long-term success while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Ideal candidates have RDMS with FE, 2+ years of specialized sonography, and the ability to adapt across clinical and operational spaces, including travel and multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of [Insert Specialty] sonography experience.
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with a [Credential] specialty.
  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE).
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to problem-solve in varied clinical settings.
  • Knowledgeable of anatomy, medical terminology, and applied ultrasound physics for [Modality] specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality sonographic procedures.

  • Partner in pre-launch planning to assess workflows and clinical needs.
  • Train and onboard new sonographers at client sites.

  • Share post-launch insights (scan volumes, workflows, provider preferences).
  • Step in for short-term coverage when needed.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and client experience.
