Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative seeks aRegistered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS/) with hospital Echo experience. Responsibilities include transthoracic and stress echocardiography, including contrast, plus assistance in transesophageal echo and invasive procedures.

The role requires BLS certification, CE credits, and familiarity with major ultrasound systems and Epic/LifImage/Xcelera data entry. Coverage across multiple sites in the Bronx.

Qualifications

• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS/RDCS) with hospital experience in Echo.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CAAHEP certified cardiovascular sonography program preferred.
• Must be BLS certified and maintain active RDCS/RCS status with CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic and stress echocardiography including contrast.
• Assist in transesophageal echo and echo-guided invasive procedures.
• Prepare preliminary findings and reports; transmittal of studies.
