Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree required by hire for Nurses hired after Nov 1, 2025; ADN nurses must enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete BSN by the third anniversary.
• Master Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide charge nurse responsibilities, including assignments and throughput management.
• Manage a patient care assignment per patient needs.
• Assist with hiring, education and performance evaluation of staff.
• Instruct staff and ensure adherence to standards through monitoring and performance management.
• Serve as role model for clinical practice and patient satisfaction.
