Intermountain Health's St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, seeks a Telemetry Technician to monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret ECG data, and securely document measurements for the care team.

You will maintain telemetry equipment, track patient locations, and assist with admissions and discharges while supporting seamless transitions of care. The role is full-time, night shift (three 12-hour shifts) with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Basic Rhythm Certification, required within 90 days of hire/transfer into job as required by facility.
• Must pass a basic dysrhythmia test prior to completion of orientation
• BLS-HCP Certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval

Responsabilités

• Monitor Cardiac Rhythms and ensure accurate ECG readings.
• Interpret ECG Data and report changes to RN promptly.
• Telemetry Equipment Management: prepare, maintain and clean telemetry equipment.
• Documentation of ECG data in patient records for multidisciplinary review.
• Patient Tracking during off-monitor procedures and transport.
• Crash Cart Maintenance at start of each shift.
• Continuity of Care: provide ECG history to incoming technicians.
• Training and Mentorship support for new associates.
• Admission/Discharge Log maintenance for continuity of care.
• Equipment Log maintenance for portable telemetry equipment.
