The team includes staff with a wide range of experience, from new grads to veterans, and opportunities for leadership exist within the unit. The position requires 1-2 years of RN experience, an Associate's or Vocational degree, and RN licensure in MN/ WI as applicable.

Formación

• RN with state licensure and active registration.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• Experience in cardiac, telemetry or critical care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; plan of care and outcomes.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe patient care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and participates in unit leadership activities.
