Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced telemetry/med-surg RN for a 13-week W-2 assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. This night-shift role emphasizes patient-centered care, rapid assessment, and collaboration with the care team to keep recovery on track.

You will care for adults with telemetry needs, document in EPIC, and meet Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS requirements. The position offers standard benefits and travel reimbursements where eligible.

Qualifications

• At least two years of med-surg or telemetry experience.
• EPIC documentation and confident patient assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Total Compensation: $52.34–$55.34/hour*

Care for adults with medical and telemetry needs, connect assessment findings with timely action and collaborate with the wider team to keep recovery moving forward. This night-shift role is designed for an experienced med-surg or telemetry nurse who values both clinical focus and teamwork.

Assignment Overview

• Cleveland, Ohio 44109
• 13-week W-2 contract; 4 openings
• Nights, 7 p.m.-7 a.m.; weekend and holiday rotation; no call.
• Weekly hours are not guaranteed; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 26, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active RN authorization for Ohio practice.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• At least two years of med-surg or telemetry experience.
• EPIC documentation and confident patient assessment skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.00.
