Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced telemetry/med-surg RN for a 13-week W-2 assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. This night-shift role emphasizes patient-centered care, rapid assessment, and collaboration with the care team to keep recovery on track.

You will care for adults with telemetry needs, document in EPIC, and meet Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS requirements. The position offers standard benefits and travel reimbursements where eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for Ohio.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• At least two years of med-surg or telemetry experience.
• EPIC documentation and confident patient assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult telemetry patients during night shift.
• Connect assessment findings with timely action and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider care team to maintain patient flow and recovery.
• Document care and assessments accurately in EPIC.
