Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced RN to join a complex adult medical-surgical and telemetry unit in Cleveland, OH. You will provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

This assignment is a 13-week W-2 contract with nights, weekend/holiday rotation, and travel reimbursements may apply under Domnovate Healthcare’s policy. Physical location in Cleveland, with pay range of $20–$23.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN authorization for Ohio practice.
• AHA BLS certification.
• At least one year of med-surg/telemetry experience with strong clinical proficiency.

Job description

Total Compensation: $55.20–$58.36/hour*

Bring strong assessment skills and a steady, collaborative approach to a complex adult medical-surgical and telemetry unit. Support patients with changing medical needs, monitor progress and communicate clearly with the wider care team. This assignment is a good fit for a nurse who enjoys clinical variety and brings confident med-surg/telemetry judgment to every shift.

Assignment Overview

• Cleveland, Ohio 44109
• 13-week W-2 contract; 9 openings
• Nights with weekend and holiday rotation; no call.
• Weekly hours are not guaranteed; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 26, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.16.
