Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, Cardiac Medical Telemetry for Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 36 hours per week and a pay range of $36.00–$55.80 per hour, with a minimum increase to $37.25 base pay beginning with the October paycheck.

You will provide safe, effective nursing care, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, supervise assigned unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the health

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
• NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred for new grads

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
