Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Medical Telemetry at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) offers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.

You will provide nursing care on a designated unit, use the nursing process to plan care, and supervise staff on the team. Required IL licensure, NLN-accredited education (BSN preferred) and BLS/CPR, with CNA experience acceptable for new grads.

Qualifications

• Current professional nursing licensure in IL required.
• Graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Nursing experience on a unit; CNA experience may be preferred for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
