Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Telemetry at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends offers 36 hours per week and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will assess and care for a specific patient population, utilize the nursing process, and lead unlicensed assistive personnel while collaborating with the health care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high quality patient experience.
