Job summary

Endeavor Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Medical Telemetry at Highland Park Hospital. The role is Full Time with 36 hours per week, day shift, alternating weekends. The starting hourly base pay will be adjusted within a range, reflecting experience and expertise.

You will deliver nursing care, use the nursing process for care planning, supervise staff, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes. IL licensure and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN license.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Telemetry or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
