Boston Medical Center South is seeking a Registered Nurse (MNA) for the Med/Surg- Cardiac Telemetry unit. The 32-hour days schedule includes every other weekend, with responsibilities spanning from adult to geriatric patient care and credentialed practice.

The RN must hold a MA license with BLS and have 1–2 years of acute Med/Surg experience; BSN preferred and BSN within four years required, reflecting our commitment to nursing excellence and patient-centered outcomes.

Formación

• Education: Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years required.
• License/Certifications: Current RN MA license & BLS required
• Experience: 1-2 years of acute Med/Surg experience strongly preferred in hospital setting

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care addressing needs from infant to elderly and individualize care for impairments and language barriers.
• Assume responsibility for the quality of nursing care, including health maintenance, teaching, counseling and collaborative planning.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and clinical skills, organizational ability, and computer proficiency; able to lift/move patients and communicate effectively in English.
