Boston Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Cardiac Telemetry unit (Med/Surg 3B-25 Bed) with a 36-hour schedule (7a-7p) and rotating weekends. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, patient-centered practice, and professional development within a Magnet® recognized organization.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and documentation. Education should include a Nursing Diploma with MA RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (MA) and BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Acute Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in Med/Surg 3B-25 Bed unit.
• Communicate with patients, families and health care team.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities.
