Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an RN Educator specializing in Cardiac Telemetry to develop, implement, and evaluate staff education programs that improve patient care outcomes.

You will assess educational needs of clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborate with staff and external organizations to deliver clinically focused training, and promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, with cardiology or critical care expertise preferred.
• RN license and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
