Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Telemetry Clinical Educator to lead education programs for Telemetry staff. Reporting to the Nursing Clinical Education Manager, the role designs and delivers learning experiences to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

This exempt, full-time position requires 2+ years telemetry or ICU nursing and prior education experience; licensure as a CA RN and BLS/ACLS credentials are expected, with NIHSS and cardiac rhythm competency to be obtained by deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of telemetry or critical care nursing experience within the last 4 years.
• Experience facilitating learning as an educator, preceptor, or similar role.
• CA RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate service line learning programs for telemetry staff.
• Onboarding, competency management, and orientation activities.
• Assess performance gaps and measure program impact with relevant metrics.
