Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit to deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

You will assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, develop individualized care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and discharge planning to meet patient and family needs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of full-time (or 3 years part-time) experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and discharge planning to meet patient and family needs.
