Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse I for the 4N Cardiac unit. This part-time PRN role requires 7a-7p coverage with a .3 FTE expectation, providing professional nursing care across the patient care continuum in a Magnet-certified, Planetree-aligned facility.

The RN must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program, hold an active NC RN license (or temporary license as applicable) and possess current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current RN license in the state where you work or temporary license as RN Practitioner if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Maintain safe, effective patient care and unit operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and patients to ensure quality outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to policies and procedures.
