Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC seeks a Registered Nurse for 7B Cardiac Telemetry on a full-time night shift. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, lead other team members, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. 6 months to 1 year of cardiac experience preferred; training in devices provided.

Requires NC RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS within 1 year of hire; PALS as applicable. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina with BCLS; ACLS within 1 year of hire; PALS within 1 year for applicable areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with focus on patients and families.
• Direct and lead other assigned team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and professional standards in patient care.
