• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Assigns or delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff competencies.
• Maintains a safe environment and documents care and condition changes.
• Participates in department quality initiatives and patient safety practices.
• Supervises and evaluates LPN scope of practice where appropriate.
• Utilizes nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
