Premier Health seeks a Patient Care Tech in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit in Ohio. The PCT supports nurses and doctors, performing essential tasks to help patients feel safe and cared for, while ensuring efficient unit operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS CPR certification, and relevant STNA/CNA/PCT training or nursing student rotation. This is a full-time day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) 36 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS CPR certification required or provided at orientation.
• STNA/CNA/PCT training or equivalent experience.
• Experience caring for patients in the past 5 years.
• Currently in nursing school with clinical rotation.

Responsabilités

• Check vital signs, temperature, heartbeat, and breathing.
• Assist patients with mobility, dressing, and meals.
• Collect samples such as urine.
• Report changes in a patient’s condition to a nurse.
• Assist with patient hygiene, transfers, and weighing.
