Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL seeks a Nursing Director of Cardiac Telemetry to lead the 24-hour operations of the unit, ensuring adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements.

You will bring 5–8 years of clinical nursing experience with progression into management, a Florida RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. A BSN is required and an MSN is preferred, with strong computer skills across common platforms.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required; current BLS and ACLS certifications
• BSN or BS degree required; MS or MSN preferred
• 5-8 years clinical nursing experience with progressive nursing management experience
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Kronos, Cerner and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for 24-hour management of Cardiac Telemetry Services unit to meet standard of care
• Oversee Surgical/Orthopedic inpatient nursing department and other assigned areas; manage planning, finances and operations
