Job summary

Williamson Health in Franklin, TN seeks a Nurse Tech/Unit Secretary for the Ortho/Spine unit. The role supports daily hygiene, ADL assistance, data collection, and transcription of care plans in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requires CNA or related experience, high school diploma, and BLS within 90 days. Must communicate clearly in English and be able to stand long shifts, with lifting up to 250 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Certified or at least one year nursing assistant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene and assist with ADLs.
• Communicate with patients, families and health care team.
• Transcribe medical plan of care accurately.
• Maintain work environment and report care needs timely.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate patient care.
• Assist with treatments and transport of medications per policy.
