TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Telemetry. You will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, using established nursing models to assess, perform, teach and manage care.

You will administer medications, monitor responses, respond to patient requests, and educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up steps, ensuring clear documentation and advocacy for

Qualifications

• RN licensed required in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date
• Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care by responding to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps, translating complex medical terminology when needed.
