• Maintains infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
• Operates medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, ventilators) as needed.
• Maintains safety by following National Patient Safety Goals.
• Participates in audits, chart reviews, and compliance checks.
• Documents care thoroughly in medical records and supports quality improvement.
