Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (compact) and BLS certification.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the nursing process.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
• Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support professional development as a preceptor or mentor, and engage in ongoing education and competency assessments.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care delivery and reduce adverse events.
