Qualifications

• Watch and interpret cardiac telemetry tracings.
• Maintain accurate rhythm data and patient labels.
• Notify nurse of rhythm changes and life-threatening dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients with cardiac telemetry.
• Observe for rhythm changes and report to the primary nurse.
• Label rhythm strips with correct patient info.
• Maintain records of patient cardiac rate and rhythm.
• Prepare equipment and maintain floor stock.
