Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Tennessee to practice as an LPN.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• NVCI and IV certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with medical/surgical patient populations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and monitor nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Document accurately and timely.
