Job summary

Premier Health's Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide Med Pass duties on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit during 7 PM–7:30 AM shifts. Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio required.
• Current BLS certification required prior to orientation.
• Diploma from an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Ability to multitask with interruptions while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities.
