Job summary

Premier Health's Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide Med Pass duties on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit during 7 PM–7:30 AM shifts. You will collaborate with RNs, monitor patient status, and ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and BLS requirements, delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio required.
• Current BLS certification required prior to orientation.

The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
