Premier Health Partners at Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit on the 7PM–7:30AM shift (36 hours/week, 72 hours per pay period). You will administer patient care under the RN and collaborate with the nursing team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The LPN must hold an Ohio LPN license and current BLS, with no prior job-related experience required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The LPN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/ indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Diploma Program Diploma Program

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Current healthcare provider BLS certification required prior to completion of orientation
