Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the 4WCE unit in Park Ridge, IL. You will assist nurses with daily patient care, monitor vitals, and help with activities of daily living.

This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts, and weekend/holiday rotation. Candidates must have a GED/HSE or high school diploma and BLS certification, with Nurse Aide in good standing.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to document data.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and mobility.
• Document vitals, I&O, weights and other data in EMR accurately.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge under RN supervision.
