Job summary

Lutheran Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the Cardiac Telemetry 5A unit during night shifts. This full-time 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week) role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with hospital policies. A welcome bonus of up to $35,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in good standing and 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.

• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to maintain care quality.
