Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years Cardiac, ICU or CCU experience required.
• Licensed RN in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for cardiac patients following the nursing process under Illinois regulations.
• Perform exercise and pharmacological cardiac stress testing with/without nuclear imaging and echocardiography.
• Train Stress Test Assistants and serve as a resource.
• Coordinate patient care across Clinic departments, hospitals, nursing homes and home care agencies.
• Act as patient advocate and protect patient rights; document in medical records.
