Midwest Cardiovascular Institute in Naperville, Illinois is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse. In this role, you will conduct stress tests and monitor patients while providing critical care and handling medical emergencies.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, possess a current RN license, and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. This position offers a starting pay of $36.00 per hour along with extensive health benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years critical care or similar experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Successful completion of EKG, stress testing, and cardiology courses within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor non-pharmacologic, pharmacologic, and PET stress tests.
• Identify and respond to adverse reactions under provider guidance.
• Provide orientation, mentorship, and preceptorship to new team members.
