Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is hiring a Cardiac Stress Technician in Houston, TX. Part-time, hourly position working with a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and clinical teams to guide patients through stress testing with emphasis on safety, comfort, and accuracy.

The role requires a background in monitor tech or EMT, cardiac telemetry, IV skills, and ECG/BLS/CPR credentials, with hospital/clinic exposure. Growth and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required or listed.
• Experience in cardiac/telemetry settings is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and escorting patients through the clinic.
• Obtaining brief patient histories and performing assessments.
• Monitoring patients during procedures and recording vitals.
• Starting IVs and assisting with treadmill/pharmacological stress tests.
• ECG monitoring and patient charting.
• Working under the Nuclear Medicine Technologist and physician.
