Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking a Cardiac Stress Technician to join our team at facilities in Johnstown, Blawnox, and Meyersdale, PA. You will guide patients through stress testing procedures, ensure safety, comfort, and accuracy, and support the Nuclear Medicine Technologist and physician.

The role requires a High School Diploma or higher, IV experience, CPR/BLS cert (ACLS preferred), ECG monitoring, and the ability to lift patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• IV insertion, ECG monitoring and vital signs assessment experience.
• CPR and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and escort patients through the clinic.
• Obtain brief histories and perform assessments.
• Monitor patients during procedures and record vital signs.
• Initiate IVs and assist with treadmill/pharmacological stress tests.
• Perform ECG monitoring and charting under supervision.
