CDL Nuclear Technologies is hiring a Cardiac Stress Technician in Houston, TX to support cardiac stress testing at client facilities. You will guide patients through procedures, ensure safety and accuracy, and collaborate with Nuclear Medicine Technologists and physicians.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, precise data collection, and adherence to clinical protocols across multiple facilities in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; healthcare supports preferred.
• Experience as Monitor Technician, EMT, or Paramedic with cardiac/telemetry exposure.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications required (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and escort patients through the clinic.
• Obtain brief patient histories and perform assessments.
• Start IVs and assist with treadmill and pharmacological stress tests.
• Monitor ECG and chart patient data.
• Work under the Nuclear Medicine Technologist and physician supervision.
