Requires a High School Diploma and prefers ACLS, BLS, and CCT credentials. Experience in stress testing is expected. Per diem schedule reflects daytime shifts and variable hours.

Qualificações

• ACLS preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• CCT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for stress tests by explaining the procedure and answering questions.
• Apply electrodes and monitoring devices to measure heart rate, blood pressure and vitals during tests.
• Administer stress tests (exercise or pharmacologic) to evaluate cardiovascular health.
• Monitor patients during tests and respond to issues.
• Document test results and communicate with supervising physician.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling stress tests and other cardiology procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs.
