Connected Health Care, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Cardiac Stepdown Unit in Arkansas. You will provide advanced cardiovascular, respiratory, and acute medical care while advancing your nursing career with a leading hospital team.

This role offers a generous sign-on bonus ($2,500–$10,000) and opportunities for professional growth in Cardiac Stepdown, Medical-Surgical, and Progressive Care. Strong clinical skills and AR licensure with ACLS/BLS are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Current Arkansas RN license or valid multistate Compact RN license authorizing practice in Arkansas.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple patient care priorities in an acute care environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to hospitalized patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide specialized care for patients with cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, and hypertensive emergencies.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization.
• Interpret and monitor cardiac telemetry, vital signs, oxygen saturation, and clinical indicators.
• Care for patients requiring respiratory support, including BiPAP and other prescribed pulmonary therapies.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments while monitoring therapeutic responses.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately to urgent clinical needs.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop individualized care plans and assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records.
• Follow hospital safety standards, infection prevention protocols, and nursing best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote positive patient experiences.
