Job summary

Baxter Health in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Staff RN for the 4 South Cardiac/Medical/Surgical Step Down unit. The full-time day shift offers opportunities for professional growth with education scholarships and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, using the nursing process, and collaboration with the health care team to deliver high-quality outcomes. ADN required; BSN preferred; AR license and MDS readiness required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• BLS & ACLS required. PALS encouraged, but not required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Collaborate with all health care team members to promote evidence-based, healing patient care.
