You will provide direct patient care to patients transitioning from ICU, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support families to ensure safe and confident discharge. Successful candidates will have an active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state, 12 months of acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Arkansas or a compact state
• 12 months of acute care experience required
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days
• Step-down/ICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care daily
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
