Ascension Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a part-time nurse for the Cardiac Stepdown unit. You will champion patient success, advocate for patients, and coordinate care across disciplines to ensure a seamless patient experience. Licensed RN with BLS within 30 days and a valid Oklahoma RN license is required.

Qualifications

BLS within 30 days of hire date; American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
RN credentialed by Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent licensure required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Champion patient success by implementing and adjusting care plans for optimal outcomes.
Act as patient advocate; monitor, document, and communicate status changes to the care team.
Lead coordinated care across medical disciplines to ensure a unified patient experience.
Execute physician orders and nursing protocols with precision and accuracy.
Assess discharge needs and collaborate on safe transitions home or to next care level.
