Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing and support associates across shifts.
• Plan and adjust shifts, services, and patient care logistics in daily meetings.
• Contribute to hiring, training, development and performance evaluations.
• Develop and distribute patient care assignments ensuring appropriate care by patient acuity.
• Ensure readiness of materials and supplies for uninterrupted patient care.
• Set and adjust clinical and operational priorities in real-time.
• Address patient care complaints and seek process improvements.
